Apply online — check your offers
Fill out one form and see offers from lenders in our network. Tribal installment lenders serve the 46 jurisdictions we cover (45 states plus DC); state-licensed cash advances depend on where you live — the rules are on your state's guide. Applying uses a soft check: it does not affect your credit score.
Before you sign
- Read the APR, not just the payment. Tribal installment APRs commonly run 300%–700%+; a state-capped cash advance is usually cheaper per dollar borrowed where it exists.
- Borrow the smallest amount that solves the problem — the cost scales with the sum and the term.
- Know who governs your contract. Tribal agreements name tribal law and binding arbitration; state-licensed loans fall under your state's rules.
How the request works
- You submit one form. Amount, contact details, and where you came from — nothing more, and no fee for asking.
- Participating lenders review it. Your information may be shared with one or more lenders in the network, who check income and bank details rather than relying only on a bureau score.
- You compare offers. Each offer must state its APR, payment schedule, and renewal terms before you sign. You are under no obligation to accept any of them.
What the offers will show
By law, a lender must present the APR and the other loan terms before you execute an agreement. Compare three numbers across offers: the APR, the total cost of credit, and the payment due dates. A lower monthly payment over more months is not always the cheaper loan — multiply the payment by the number of payments and compare that total. Offers vary by state, income profile, and lender policy, and not every applicant receives an offer.
Common questions about applying
- Does applying cost anything? No. Submitting a request is free, and lenders pay us for advertising — never you. Any offer's terms come from the lender itself.
- Will checking offers hurt my credit? Seeing offers uses a soft check. A hard inquiry happens only if you accept a loan and the lender runs it — and you'll see it in the agreement first.
- How fast is the money? Approved requests typically fund by ACH the next business day; some lenders push same-day deposit for applications finished before their cutoff.
- What if my state doesn't license cash advances? Your state's guide explains what's legal locally. The tribal installment route is available in all 50 states and DC.
What do borrowers use tribal loans for?
Borrowers usually arrive with one of a handful of problems:
- Car repair loans — get back to work when the truck or the commute car dies
- Medical bills — a clinic visit or a dental problem you have been postponing
- Utility bills — keep the power on and skip the reconnect fee
- Rent shortfalls — cover the last week before the paycheck lands
- Debt consolidation — replace three due dates with one predictable payment
