Waxahachie Tribal Loans ("we", "us") operates waxahachieindians.com. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We are not a lender and do not make credit decisions.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. If you submit a request through our forms, we may receive your email address, the loan amount you selected, and technical referral data (the page you came from). This information is passed to our lending-partner network to generate offers.
- Information from partners. The application widget on our Apply Online page is operated by a third-party matching network. Data you enter there is governed by that provider's privacy policy as well as ours.
- Automatic data. Like most websites, we may receive standard log data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) through hosting and analytics services.
How we use information
- To pass your loan request to lenders or matching partners so they can present offers;
- To operate, maintain, and improve the site and its guides;
- To respond to corrections, questions, and privacy requests;
- To detect fraud and protect the service.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share form submissions only with the matching network and lenders needed to process your request, and with service providers (hosting, analytics) under contract. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
Marketing communications & TCPA
By submitting a request form, you consent to be contacted by us and by lenders or partners in our network regarding your request, including by email and — where you have provided a phone number and consented — by telephone, including autodialed and prerecorded calls and texts, at the number you provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase; loan offers may also be requested without submitting a form by contacting lenders directly. Message and data rates may apply, and you may opt out of text messages by replying STOP.
Your rights
- Access, correction, deletion. Email privacy@waxahachieindians.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you.
- California (CCPA/CPRA). California residents may request disclosure of categories of personal information collected and may opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of personal information as those terms are defined by law. We do not knowingly sell personal information; submitting a request form does direct your data to lending partners, which may constitute "sharing" — use the privacy email to opt out.
- Do Not Track. We honor Global Privacy Control signals where required by law.
Security & retention
We use TLS encryption in transit and restrict access to personal data. Request records are retained only as long as needed to process your request and comply with legal obligations, after which they are deleted or de-identified.
